P90X Ab Ripper or T25 AB Intervals?

Everyone,

I've been doing T25 for 2 weeks now but noticed when I did the AB Intervals I did get a good workout but I wasn't NEARLY as sore as when I did the Ab Ripper with P90X...anyone substitute these out? Most of the Alpha phase has AB Intervals with another workout (like P90X did) but I wanted to get other opinions. Also, I'm not feeling as sore as I did with P90X and am trying to not do modified when I can but thinking it's because T25 is more cardio than strength training? Help! :)
