Hi,

Just had a look at my calorie report. Total net calories since Monday (inclusive) are 1792 and total without exercise deduction 2418. I don't really feel hungry but and concerned that it may be too little - any thoughts or personal experiences from fellow judders?

What diet regime are you following?

I looked at your food diary you have eaten just over 300 on a couple of days and approaching 800 the remaining days.

Keep doing that and for a couple of weeks the weight will drop off. Then you will stick for ages then start wondering why you start putting on weight the minute you try to eat 1000 calories per day.

JUDDDing requires you to eat normally one day and 25% of your TDEE the next day.

No sensible sustainable diet asks you to eat less than 1000 calories each and every day.

READ up on what you are supposed to be doing. And as a ps, try and get some fresh food instead of all the packaged stuff.
