My food is ok. It hasn't been very good here lately because I celebrated my birthday on the 10th and we have a lot of birthdays in the month of March so there has been several work parties, family parties, etc. so I'm getting back into the groove of thinks right now. I try to cook everything I eat and have 2 full cheat meals a week instead of a cheat day. Cheat day used to get me Ito trouble and if it was a crappy week, cheat days turned into cheat weeks! I do; however, live with my fiancé whose metabolism hasn't quite caught up with him yet, so he brings ALL the junk food home and sometimes I sneak a handful of skittles out of his bag, lol. Temptation is huge in my house with him bringing home devil food! Lol
I joined bodybuilding.com a while ago and am nowore actively on it and so I've gotten a lot of good recipes from there.0 -
congrats to everyone, even if you "only lost" a lb or 1/2 a lb...every bit should be celebrated....why is that?....
