Goal for this week: 2 pounds! and doing abs exercise 4 times a week :smile:

I have been using a new app "Water Your Body" which has really improved my water intake. Love the sound it makes, running water to remind you to drink more water. .

    Goal for this week: 2 pounds! Almost made the 2 pounds last week but went out to eat on Saturday and wasn't careful on Sunday to what I was eating - plus on Sunday I didn't do anything real physical. Will try to do better this coming week - Have a great week everyone!

    So, lol, did not really meet my goals (kind of sad face). Actually I am not really all that sad about it cause I am still moving in the right direction. So I lost 0.9 of a pound and excercised 3 days. Thank you for the tummy routine 1way.

    Weight goal this week - I need 2.7 lbs to get to my 20 pound goal so I am goint to go big this week.
    Exercise goal this week - keeping this pretty much the same - At least 4 days walking at 15:25/per mile or below and do the eight minute abs workout every other day.
