Very poor days both Fri and Sat. Went way over the limit and the scale showed it this morning. Why oh why do I do this???

Slightly over today on calories but not if I had added the exercise so not too bad...... did a mile rum, a half hour walk and 300 jumps.......

Oooooo what a time it has been! I had a very unexpected death of a friend and got very involved in a bidding war on a house. All to say that I almost completely lost my health focus! I did not log a thing into mfp and am not going to weigh in until Friday! The only thing that I stuck to was the exercise and I have been pretty consistent with that. I'm glad to see you are all still here and working with the challenge. I am going to record EVERYTHING today and get back on this wagon! I know I have regained a little, I always do when I don't keep track, but I hope it will not be too bad. I half a month left to recoup!0

I had a bit of a rubbish weekend eating chocolates...but back now for the second half of the month........weigh in later in the week :ohwell:

ok, weigh in day. I actually gained .2 but I am not feeling too bad, I know I had gained more and have come back down a bit. Things are going to start getting crazy for me for the rest of the month. The bid we made on a house in Florida has been accepted and I have 29 days to get this house packed up and get ready to move! It's going to be wild! On the one hand, it will be challenging to think of things like recording my food. On the other hand I have a HUGE amount of packing, cleaning, and landscaping to do as I get ready to go and finish getting this house ready to sell! I feel like I am going to be climbing and HUGE mountain! And 30 days does not sound like very long at all! lol0

DreamOn, remind me where you live now. I am sorry I don't remember. What part of Florida are you moving to? Good Luck with everything you need to do.
We have been in this home for over 40 years, believe me I could not get it packed in a month!! LOL
I have lost 4.6 pounds so far this month, but I have lots of weight to lose. I want to keep charging down the weight loss road.
Are you all expecting company over this blessed Easter week-end?

What a beautiful day it was here......... I went to my fave lake and did a 10k run this morning, then sat in the sun this afternoon...sadly sitting in my garden in the sun usually results in a glass of wine, which invariably results in a few....or more...nibbles....so not brilliant on food today ..... :ohwell:

Reba...I think you are leading the way for us all in this April Challenge .... well done...... I think it will be after the Easter weekend before I manage to loose that last pound........and then I have a weekend in London the following weekend and then the weekend after that a weekend in Edinburgh ... by which time I will be into a May Challenge which will be loosing the same 5 pounds again! lol:noway: :noway: :noway:

I am sure I have many many more pounds to lose, so that why I have been able to have the numbers I have in April. I know the time will come when it slows down, but I will surely take them now.

Well..I have got there...lost 6 pounds since we started this challenge...BUT .. I was sick yesterday and hardly ate anything so that wasn't a good way to do it........not feeling great today either but I am guessing that when I do feel better it may go back on....so not really celebrating....:ohwell:

We had a fabulous vacation.... I weighed myself the first day back and ooooh it was ugly. But I weighed myself on each of the following days and it was mostly water weight. Some of the food was very salty and you KNOW that flying on a plane increases your body mass, right??? :laugh:
We did a LOT of walking, so I think my total weigh gain was a couple of pounds. Now. Back on track..
Dang, I'm hungry.
