ustJ completed my first week, down 7 pounds! Just received my cookbooks and cooked up a ton of recipes and now I'm feeling stuffed from all the extra nibbles I have a question for the crowd - what is your favorite sweetner? I only have Truvia in the house (still building up my pantry) and I find it doesn't covert to the recipes very well. Thanks

    :smile: I just started last week and I tried Truvia and Sweetleaf. Both are good. I really like this diet. I don't feel hungry at all!! This is something I think I can stick with.

    I use xylitol. There is no aftertaste. You can pretty much use it cup for cup like sugar. DO be careful not to let your pets eat any by accident. It is toxic to them.
