Week 3 runs from 3/24 to 3/30.

Optional mini challenge for the week: Wear mostly black for your workout at least one day this week. You’re attending your fat’s funeral. :flowerforyou:

Remember, we are doing a running total of percentage lost. Use your starting weight when you joined this challenge, and subtract this week’s weigh-in. If you’ve lost weight since last week, your percentage this week will be bigger compared to what you posted last week.

Formula for figuring combined weekly %
1. starting weight when you join challenge – this week’s weight
2. divide weight lost by starting weight
3. Mutliply by 100

Anyone is welcome to join the challenge at any time. To join, set your weight loss goal for Memorial Day and post what percentage you’re working towards losing.

Here’s the formula for figuring your goal %:
1. current weight this week – Memorial Day goal weight
2. divide weight lost by current weight this week
3. multiply by 100

I know that some of us weigh multiple times a week. Please post just one result for the weekly results list. But, feel free to post encouragement to others as many times as you want, tell us about your progress, or little victories.

    I DONT KNOW IF MY "WEEK 2 COUNTED" BCUZ I HAD TO WEIGH A DAY LATE, I SHOULD HAVE JUMPED ON THE SCALE FRIDAY SINCE I DONT HAVE A SCALE AT HOME, BUT THE PERCENTAGE I GOT TODAY IS 3.265

    Just like last week: My current percentage is based on unrounded values and is accurate. If you use the rounded values (from above) you get a slightly different number.

    Not the best week for me. But, I have weeks like this on a fairly regular basis. I know that they all even out over the long term.

    Okey dokey, so start weigh on the challenge = 240, current weight 233 therefore.... 240-233=7 , 7 /240 x100 = 2.91%. so far, very pleased - if i've done it wrong please let me know!

    After a high sugar binge this weekend, I can proudly say that I have maintained this week.
    Total loss to date is 0.26% with a loss this week of 0%.

    My ultimate goal for Memorial Day is to be down 7.65%, but would be okay with 5.01%.
    April includes Easter and my one year wedding anniversary so there is one weekend that I'll have to keep tabs on...

    Until then, I can't sugar binge like this last weekend!!

    New percentage 4.51%! I'm currently 15lbs and 3 inches down since I started back on MFP in February. As of this morning, this puts me half way to my 1st weight loss goal on June 12th. Super excited! I hope I beat it.
