So I've been struggling to get a workout during nap times as LO goes through a "leap" where putting him down is 15-20 minutes and there is lots of "help" involved since we are also trying to get him adjusted to "crib sleeping" or not be nestled in a swing.
I try to get out for walks but its been cold so its hard to get out.
My friend recommended a class called Stroller Strides. It costs money but the first class is free so I'm going to try it out next Monday and decide if its something I want to do- it sounds too good to be true!

The only exercise I'm managing is the 2 mile round trip walk to pick up my oldest from school. It's better than nothing and I'm pretty tired when we're done.0
