What is a free or Cheat meals? Are there limits?

Many of us on MP.c on trying to lose weight or keep the physiques/health we so desperately worked foe. We also know life happens and we will eventually eat foods outside of our regular diet.

Some call these meals, refeeds, cheat days, or free meals. Questions:

1. Do you practice the use of these types of meals? Why or why not?

2. How often do you have these meals?

3. Do you measure these meals? or Do the last for a given period of time?
