Day 39.....

As nice easy one today but it seemed to go on for a while. My upper body strength is improving a fair amount through all the sit ups and plank work. I can't believe that in two days we will have finished week one of the dreaded month two!!!

    I had to stop through nearly every exercise today :-S lol i think I prefer the high power cardio to this 'recovery'... Those side plank things with the pushups I couldnt even do one my body was not letting me! How are you supposed to manoeuvre your body to the side like that without inflicting pain? I dont know maybe my form wasnt right but i wasnt feeling it.

    Lol as crazy as it sounds I am pleased that its interval circuit tomorrow especially after today I will be looking forward to it!

    Week 1 nearly over :-)

    I only got in half of it... I should have known better than try to do it after work... too much going on.

    I think they mislabeled the DVD.... that couldn't possibly have been recovery! That was brutal! :)

    I hope everyone else had better luck than I did.

    Did the Cardio Conditioning yesterday. I almost gave up when there was about 14 minutes left. Even turned off the DVD player! Thank god I'm stubborn... turned it back on and finished a minute later. X-x
