Ok had to halt Insanity, knees were not holding up. so I am looking at starting P90X3/T25 hybrid on Monday. There are more low impact moves on both. The goal is one workout after work( I get off early) and one around 8p.m. I did loss 3inches in the waist with the time I did Insanity so very happy just need to find away to get that knee stronger. So wish me luck.
