Am I eating too much fat?

My macros are set at 40/30/30 right now but I am always eating well above my minimum target for fat.
I read that it's okay to go over the minimums for fat and protein, but is there a limit? Should I be reassessing what I'm eating?
My fats usually come from meat, dairy and olive oil.
Diary is open for viewing and feedback is welcome (as long as it's constructive of course).

I'm no expert but I looks through your diary for the past month and I think you eat awesome. The fat is from good foods (meat, eggs, cheese) and your macros look good and your total intake looks good. Hopefully others will chime in for more opinions, but my opinion is you are doing great. Maybe I'm biased by your username, though. Gamers are my kin.

Thank you for your kind words and insight!
I forgot to mention my stats: 5'6, 140 lbs. Weight has not changed on the scale these last couple of months but my body is obviously changing and clothes fit looser.
Based off my stats, I calculated that my minimum target for fat is 49g. However, it is not unusual for me to eat up to even 100g of fat in a day (many times it's in the 60-80+ range).
Is this considered excessive? Will it hinder me in fat loss?0 -
Also, as of yesterday, I changed my macro settings and am now eating at 30/40/30 instead of my usual 40/30/30. Just experimenting.0

I wouldn't be concerned about it given the days I saw in your diary.0
