Hi my name is Julie. I’m 56 years old and pretty active. Typically, I do a video workout in the mornings before work and strength training during my lunch break. But menopause (maybe) and eating out too often (positively) have added nearly 10 pounds to my 5’3” frame. Not good! Recently I’ve added swimming laps 2 days a week to my routine in hope of losing fat I’ve gained around my waist. I need to get back on track with eating healthy.

Hi,
I've been at the same weight for the past 2 years - about 10 pounds off my goal weight. I'll lose a few pounds stop tracking and then gain it back. I recently rejoined a crossfit gym and plan to be consistent with my tracking. When I was in my early twenties I was in great shape with a weight of 128 and bf% 17. Now, with a stressful job, grueling schedule and 3 young kids, I'll be happy with a bf% 20.
Looking for friends that eat real food and not cottage cheese for 3 meals a day
I like weights/kettlebells, yoga, sprints, and I'm trying to increase my cardio duration maybe a 5k
Hard to find time for all this with 3 young kids and working shift work so I would love additional support !!!
I'm always looking for good healthy things to eat and recipes - especially during the summer when there is so much fresh produce. But I also like to indulge in crusty bread with cheese and wine on occasion
