GW: 299 - A bit ambitious, but I'm hoping with the weather getting nicer and my dance group starting back up, I can amp up my exercise and leave the 300s behind.

4/4/14= 311.2 (+1.4) I'm assuming that this is a fluke due to the ridiculous amount of sodium and processed foods I ate yesterday, as I've actually been doing really well with logging and increasing my exercise. We'll try again in a day or two.

Alright I just started to log again yesterday but one thing is for certain even after going off the books for a few weeks I did not gain back any weight this tells me that I have made some good long term changes and I usually still drink 1-3 bottles (750ml) water per day! Now that I am back on track I hope to reach my goal for myself and my doctor!!! Hope everyone had great weigh ins! Spring is here for those of us stuck in winter! I know I am looking forward to June when the snow is finally gone and I can enjoy my backyard again!!0 -

I've been in a stall for so long. Broke down and overate last night (Chinese) and lost 1.5# WTF???? It'll probably come back (sigh) but it was there this morning, so it's mine!
Everyone's off to a great start! (Singularity, hope your fluke resolves itself soon!) Such an auspicious beginning to April. March seemed hard for many of us. Here's to hoping things cheer up in April :drinker:
I'll be happy to lose a pound per week this month.

Unchanged. But I am so unfussed this time. I have been walking, and squating, and going to my my Pilates class.
Okay...I am actually .2 pounds heavier, but I don't record gains and losses like that--mostly to avoid madness.
In the meantime...
I like how my legs look in my new narrower cut jeans. I really like how they are already getting baggy in the behind. I even have ankles again! Okay...maybe just an ankle, the left one is still a bit puffy...but the right one looks like it belongs to a human being.
The fancy digital scale I was using at the clinic may be unavailable to me in April, so I will be very curious to see my changes in total fat mass and fat free mass numbers in May! In the meantime NG's digital scale will do for trending data.
The line is being held and I am holding up. I hope you are too.

Great job, everyone!! It seems like most of us are putting up some nice numbers. Sadly, I'm not among the losers this week, but just means I need to try harder in the upcoming week (which should be easier since I'm on break :-)

I am pleased to see this going down! I am almost to the 20 lbs total mark and I am excited for that number! After this appointment with my doctor I will hopefully not see her again for 2 months instead of every month! She stresses me out but she is making me work hard anyways lol! I was given the green light last time to exercise again except I have been so exhausted I failed to do so! Hopefully I get my butt back on track and getting even closer to saving for my treadmill
