I don't know how many of you are doing 6-7 days a week, but if you are, congrats on finishing day 6!

    I'm heading to the gym in a few minutes. I need to beef up my cardio time for the week.

    Did 30 minutes on the treadmill. 5mph - it didn't seem like as much of a workout compared to Jillian. Glad I did it but it was lame.
    Going out tonight for dinner. (and drink) Weigh in day tomorrow. Ugg...
