My name is Jennifer and I have 2 kiddos (3 and 6 1/2) and am a full time working mom. I've used my fitness pal for a few years on and off and am starting back up again. I am on the beta phase of t 25 and have two weeks left until I start the gamma phase. I am in my second round of this program and have seen results but not as noticeable as I would have liked so that's why I started mfp again just to actually see how many calories I am consuming everyday. Even though I don't eat too badly, I've noticed with mfp, that I eat 200-300 more calories than I should and maybe that's why I'm not seeing the results I want. I sure hope mfp will help me reach my goal. Looking forward to hearing other peoples experiences.
