1month after Insanity-Effects

Spent the last 2 hours at the park with my younger sisters and played basketball and football and can I say it was great. I never thought I would enjoy basketball so much, and to be fair its all thanks to Insanity, I've been doing it for 1 month 1 week and my fitness levels have been amazing (if I may say so myself). I have a sister (10 yrs) who is fit as a fiddle and I was able to keep up and have a great time. I think I've found a new favourite sport , Basketball
. Bring on Month 2 .
Don't give up on Insanity no matter how hard you are finding it, trust me your fitness levels will improve

I totally agree! I'm on month 2... I have 5 days left! My fitness level has definitely improved... and more energy when I run. Great workout... I feel more toned overall.
