Declaring war on menopausal weight gain

Hi there,
I have declared war on my menopausal weight gain, and I am telling all my friends, so I have to be seen to commit
I am looking for like minded mad hatters to give me a boost. I have also enlisted friends and my husband to help me, I can't do this by myself, it is just too much, especially when I am away in hotels most weeks.
Anyone that want to link up on myfitnesspal, yes please! I don't do classes, going through a ritual weigh in just makes me rebel, big style.
Anyway anyone who needs a boost and can give me a boost too is welcome.

My participation up to this point sucks. I was great right out of the gate but then hit a rock in the middle of the road and seemed to falter. Most recently I am on my way back to the finish line. Hope to see you there0
