Week 4 runs from 3/31 to 4/6.

Optional mini challenge for the week: Stay under your carb goal everyday this week.

Remember, we are doing a running total of percentage lost. Use your starting weight when you joined this challenge, and subtract this week’s weigh-in. If you’ve lost weight since last week, your percentage this week will be bigger compared to what you posted last week.

Formula for figuring combined weekly %
1. starting weight when you join challenge – this week’s weight
2. divide weight lost by starting weight
3. Mutliply by 100

Anyone is welcome to join the challenge at any time. To join, set your weight loss goal for Memorial Day and post what percentage you’re working towards losing.

Here’s the formula for figuring your goal %:
1. current weight this week – Memorial Day goal weight
2. divide weight lost by current weight this week
3. multiply by 100

I know that some of us weigh multiple times a week. Please post just one result for the weekly results list. But, feel free to post encouragement to others as many times as you want, tell us about your progress, or little victories.

Let's have fun!

    Start Week Weight: 79.4kg
    This Week Weight: 77.1kg
Total Percentage Lost: 2.91% (Change: +0.05%)
    Goal Percentage Lost: 8.32%

Just like always: My current percentage is based on unrounded values and is accurate. If you use the rounded values (from above) you get a slightly different number.

This week amounted to essentially no change on the scale. But, I am not worried. It is still possible to make my goal by the end of this.

I will post tomorrow but not expecting much - if any at all. Not quite a sugar binge this past Sunday, but I ate more than I needed to.

I didn't weigh on monday as I have a lot of water retention in my legs and hands so wouldn't be a true measurement so taking it as no change

Well, turns out my time of month also played a role in my weight this week.
Unfortunately, I'm up that 0.5 lb I lost a couple of weeks ago.
But, my strengh training class is going great, to hopefully this will be the last time I see my scale at the same number!!

    Weekly % is +0.26%. Total % is 0.0%.

My head is in the game 100% now 6 days a week, just have to get that 7th one in there!!

I am thinking next week will be better for me. I've been posting lower weights for the last three days. I tend to have a very jumpy loss pattern. I'll be flat for a week or two, suddenly drop 1-1.5kg and then be flat again for a week or two.

New total is 5.42%. I'm down some even though I had pizza and tacos over the weekend. Phew!
