Day 1
Just finished my first day! Burned 281cals :bigsmile: I followed Tonya the entire workout and I'm very proud of myself! Sweat literally dripped off my body and onto the floor! I can't wait to see my results :bigsmile:

    Day 5~ Double Day Friday BURNED 433cals

    Lower Focus + Cardio...I must say I am still sore from the Ab workout yesterday! But I got through Double Day and I'm so proud of myself! I feel great and I can't wait to see if the scale is going to be nice or mean on Sunday. I love feeling sore! It's amazing!!! Rest day for tomorrow and looks like u CAN do stretch on Sunday. I may or may not. Just depends.

    Day 6~ REST DAY

    Today is my Rest day! Daughter has bball game, may go grocery shopping. But I am just gonna take it easy! Lol I'm sore as can be, so I'm gonna drink a lot of water today. I don't know if that will help, but I've heard it does. I'm still deciding if I'm going to do STRETCH tomorrow. Not sure yet.
