OMG! I can't believe we are almost done! I've been staying on task this whole week with the workouts. I'm so surprised I've been consistent so consistent. I've been so busy working in the house, because my husband will be home next week from a 6 month deployment. I guess its that motivation to get closer to my goal weight…

5/14/14 Wednesday Rip't Circuit BURNED 201cals Ok, so, I have had stiff neck and missed Monday and Tuesday's workouts. I plan to make them up, maybe this Sat and Sun or just do a double on Sunday..Idk yet, but I'll figure that out later. My neck is somewhat better, but not completely.

Day~8 Cardio BURNED 242cals Not as much as I burned the first week of Cardio, but I did a workout at 7pmish, and I was soooo tired! Lol I'm an early morning before noon kind of girl. Hope to get tomorrow's workout in earlier than today's, but I again have errands to run, so we'll see. I'm still loving the workouts though…

Day 1 Just finished my first day! Burned 281cals :bigsmile: I followed Tonya the entire workout and I'm very proud of myself! Sweat literally dripped off my body and onto the floor! I can't wait to see my results :bigsmile:
