I missed Monday's workout but I made it up this morning!
Monday~Day 64~ Rip'T Circuit BURNED 181 cals
TODAY~ Day 65 Core Cardio BURNED 212 cals
Only 3 more days left! But I have decided what I'm doing next I am doing.....FT25/TurboFire HYBRID!!! Too excited to be adding some Chalene back into my life:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Yay! Finished Day 66: Ript with a good burn 250cal. I decided to only follow the modifier for the push ups and burpees.
Thank you for putting this group together. It would have been nice to have more people, but you still helped me stay motivated. Thank you!
I think I'm going to just redo T25 or look at what other workouts I have, I don't have the Turbo Fire set. But, I will be following you at the other group. :bigsmile:0 -

Yay!! All Done! Thank you again for putting this group together! It helps to know that someone else was doing it along with me.
Now all I need to do is my final weigh in and measurements. I won't see much progress this week, but overall I did well for the 10 weeks.0 -
