Do you ever feel nauseated?

I binged this weekend on rich foods and today I feel nauseated. It doesn't help that I had errands to run in a different city and drove a few hours. Last week after a binge day I felt the same way, and I actually puked after driving over an hour that day. The car vibrating while driving was making my stomach slowly feel sicker, until I couldn't control my urge to vomit.
This isn't normal for me... usually I'll feel lethargic after overeating or a binge, but I rarely feel like puking. I think maybe it's because I've made progress and binges have been fewer. For most of the month I ate pretty balanced/healthy - having only a few slip up days. So the end of this month when I really had a downfall, my body wasn't used to it and it stressed my body out. Too much sugar, calories, & high fat content.
I don't know ways to get rid of this nausea feelings now though... I'm going to try and make tea.
This is a bit of motivation... I feel like crap and I don't want to feel this way again. It's making me feel like doing nothing, it's hard to do things I need to do today/this evening.
