Think Tough Tuesday!

O yeah! We're tough!!

Took a walk with a friend then worked out on the gym equipment at the park: 110 upper body reps, 100 lower.

Came home feeling tough and did another 50 squats and then grabbed 4k dumbbells for another 50 upper body reps.

Woo hoo! Think tough!!

    Fighting a lingering cold virus but I plan to walk to work (1 mile):
    100 push ups, mixed: 20
    100 biceps curls: 15
    5 planks: 1

    Nice job everyone
    Reached my goals plus did a mile walk, pump and insanity.. finally nice here.
