Today is the day! I know some of you have been alreadykilling it with the work outs and that is great! Today starts the challenge so make sure you are logging your 30 minute activity so we can track this! Who wants to ge their money back!

I just started an 8 week bootcamp yesterday. We do 1 hour of intense excersise m-th and break f-sun. I don't know what I was thinking, cause I'm dying today, but I'm sticking it out. I have 100lbs to lose and I cant get distracted. I know I am supposed to rest on the three days off, but I'm afraid I'll lose my motivation if I dont do something. Is a brisk walk or intense cleaning considered a "workout"?0
