Hello just joined the group and after having a binge session the other night after 45 days of being "good" I realized I have an emotional tie to eating and my immediate response to stress is to cram as much food in my mouth as possible until I feel sick and then of course feel horrible and disgusting for my lack of willpower and well I'm sure I hardly have to go into detail on how the cycle works or you all wouldn't be in this group right? So I am actively seeking help and support to keep me on track. It wasn't until I seriously committed to this weight loss thing that I even realized I had a psychological problem with food. I used to think my friends who would just eat a normal sized meal and be full were so weird because I could eat the rest of every dish and not feel full. Now I know it was me that was "weird" and I need help.Thanks MFPr's it takes a village or so they say :smile:
