Anyone else with no weight loss at first?

I'm almost finished with phase one, this is my final week of Burn, and I'm a bit disappointed to not have seen any pounds come off whatsoever. My eating is under control, stick to my calories aside from a three day mini vacation I took last week. Has anyone else found their results to come slowly with the program? I definitely can feel myself getting stronger, I just wish some of my hard work would be reflected on the scale!

    I just started but not going to lie, I am nervous starting this program because it sounds like the scale may not change much. I know in the end the inches are more important though so hopefully you will see something when you measure. I know for me it is going to be kind of hard to not see the scale go down as much as I have been with Jillian Michaels, but I really want some definition when the weight is off.

    As a CHX Veteran, I would say that the first 6 weeks or so you don't really notice. But I'm telling you that once you get to Lean it changes!

    Lean is the hardest circuit IMO.

    and I'm always freaking hungry.

    Just keep on. Muscles weights more then fat. Don't stop! You can do it. :)
