I just thought it would be great to see how we are doing as a group weekly. I wanted to make a spreadsheet with our measurements and weight. Do everyone think this would be a great idea? Let me know and I can start putting in your information...

There's a lot of measurements in the "Starting Stats" topic. I'll update on this thread weekly with my new (and hopefully improved) stats, but that is a good place to start.0

Since yesterday was day 7 for me, and I finished up a week, I thought I'd put updated measurements:
Weight:
162.4 ---> 160.6
Bust:
39.5 ---> 39.5
Waist:
30 ---> 30
Right under Belly Button (the part I want to shrink MOST!):
36 ---> 36
Hips:
38 ---> 37.5
Left Thigh:
24.5 ---> 24.5
Upper Left Arm:
11.5 ---> 11.5
So far, down in weight and 1/2 inch in my hips.0
