Plantar fasciitis and heel spurs.

Hi there,

I was just wondering if anyone here suffers from plantar fasciitis and heel spurs and do you have any suggestions that could make it easier for skating. I use to get a lot pain that I had to stop derby after two years and would love to go back! Does anyone know if getting custom made skates made to suit my feet would help? Would love to here from anyone in similar boat or not.

I know this is super old, but I would talk to a specialist about getting inserts. Most skates can be sized to include these.
