Hi,
I started EM2WL ytd and been feeling great ;D!
I feel so lucky to discover this method and just couldn't wait to try it straight away!
So... Here's a question..Activity level...
I currently do bodyweight training 4-5 times a week along with 3 HIIT
Day1 bodyweight+ HIIT
Day2 bodyweight
Day3 rest
Day4 bodyweight+ HIIT
Day5 bodyweight
Day6 HIIT
Day7 bodyweight
(yea..I'm quite an active person ;p)
Do u guys think i am staying in moderate active range? or active?
I just dun wanna cheat myself and hopefully i'm eating enough.
My TDEE is 2096 (moderate active range)

Can you give a little more info on what type of exercise you're doing (what exactly do you mean by 'bodyweight'?) and how long each BW and HIIT session lasts?
Also what the rest of your day looks like, if you have a sedentary job or active, etc?0
