My weight hasn't changed since November. I haven't noticed a change in my body at all.

I'm 5'8, 153-158 pounds. I am 18 years old. I'm trying to take in at least 1550 calories per day. I am trying to stay under 100 grams of carbs per day, and get at least 100 grams of protein(That doesnt happen though.) Fats, I try to stay around 70. I use a food scale and measure everything. Since November I haven't always eaten this amount though, there was a point where I was only eating 800 calories a day if that. Recently I found out I have anemia and a Vitamin D deficiency. I'm on medicine for both now. I track all of my intake. Occasionally I will have a cheat day, normally its on a weekend when I go out. I try not to go crazy though. I started watching what I ate last May, but didn't join MFP until August. In May I was 178, and in August I was down to 164. By November I was down to 153, and have been stuck there. Since November I haven't really exercised, just haven't had the energy. Now that I'm getting my health settled I'm getting more. But, before November, when I was exercising, I wasn't losing weight like I should have been, I only lost it after I had stopped exercising for a couple of weeks.

So here's where we'd like to see you for the following two weeks and we have some additional information to suggest.

    1600 calories
    140 carbohydrate
    60 fat
    125 protein
    15-20 fiber

Now having said that, you should really take a look at your food selection in addition to the above macronutrient guidelines. Look to increase your fruit and vegetable intake considerably and you may want to look at the proportion/amount of whole and minimally refined foods in your diet. Choosing less refined options such as fruits and vegetables and lean protein sources will help to blunt hunger, it will help with your energy levels, and it may also help with tracking accuracy.

This isn't to suggest that things like chips and frosting are bad, but heavily refined foods shouldn't dominate the diet. You need adequate nutrient intake and you should be doing what you can to blunt hunger through reasonable food selection.

Lastly, please be sure you are doing the following things during your logging:

-log condiments such as cooking oils and condiments used on foods if you use them
-use the recipe builder for foods you make at home

Follow up with us in two weeks with an update if you would like a follow up.
