What to do with Coconut Chips?

Today I found some Coconut Chips for $2.50 so I bought them.

What do you do with them?

I have a food processor now.

    Some paleo macaroons, or just carmelize the chips with cinnamon, ghee, and something to sweeten, yum

    Put them in the food processor and blast them for about 10 minutes....Voila: Coconut butter!!
    It may take a few tablespoons of coconut oil if they're more chalky or gravely. But, yum. Good on everything!!!

    I just eat them. Of course I am probably just too lazy to do anything else with them ;)

    We bought a whole coconut this week and are just as unsure what to do with it, mainly we bought it so my Grandson could check it out, everything fascinates him.
