how to adjust carb settings on my profile

Hi
i want to try low carb..and i need to change the settings on my goals to reflect 20gms of carbs a day.. currently i am at a 1650 a day food plan and i am not sure what % to set the carbs to be at 20gms? any ideas on how to figure this out?

I don't know for sure but it would be pretty close 5% I think. I eat 1500 a day & have my carbs set for 5% & the grams works out to 19.0

I eat a lot of spinach, broccoli or cauliflower. Not sure if you're aware of the net carb thing but if you subtract the grams of fibre from your carbs it gives you your net carbs, thats what I go by.0

I didn't know about that.. what about exercise are more carbs added for that? i am not sure how all this works.. so if i have my carbs set for 20grams a day and then subtract the 40grams of fiber? i think i am missing something
