I know it is probably stated somewhere but on the spreadsheet do I weekly input what I have lost when I LOSE totaling the amount each week or do I just keep track and post the total lost for the month at the end?

You post your weight for that week, and then the spreadsheet calculates how much you've lost for you -- super easy & convenient!0

Hi, at the bottom of the spreadsheets there are tabs, next Friday you'll click on the tab for April and enter your current weight under the date by your name. The spreadsheet then magically* works out the % lost and keeps track of how much you've lost
