We're Off! (Mile 19 here we come)

Well here we go. Glad to have a big group starting off. Everyone is all motivated and hopeful. It's like starting a marathon, at the starting line everyone is all happy and excited. Then you get to mile 19. The key to success is pacing yourself so that you don't crater at mile 19.

Expect some plateaus. I ask that folks participate in the threads--weekend warrior threads are great as weekends tend to trip up diet plans so often. Don't be afraid to start your own thread. Share your thoughts on what's working and what failed. We learn from each other. I hope to see at least one thread each week on a NSV (no small victory). Every time someone has one, it helps motivate the rest of us. Share and celebrate NSV's. On the flip side, don't be shy about sharing fails--there is something therapeutic about confessing your binge story or venting about the plateau you are stuck on.

The spreadsheet should be good to go after today, just go to the current month tab and enter your weight for that day on your row. Any questions, shoot me or Shmu a message. Any edits to the summary page, message Shmu.

I'm personally looking forward to independence from my "baggage". We are off to the races, July 4th will be here in no time.

Good luck and have some fun.

Mule

Haha, I always thought NSV stood for non scale Victories. You learn something every day! I've been under the weather the last couple days but starting to feel better and ready to recharge my workout batteries and get with it!
