How can I log my C25K workout onto MFP if I don't have an iphone or a heart monitor?

I'd log the length of time you've run and the length of time you walk. You know what that is from the C25K. As for the burn you'll need to use a fitness calculator other than MFP, because it just gives you a general burn and it's probably going to be too high.

Do you have any way of knowing how far you're going?
If you do then you'd be able to figure out your overall pace and log that manually.
    That's my only idea

Some of the on-line maps have a calorie counter option. I used http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/ . When I got my Garmin watch, I compared the calories burned and they were pretty close, so it's mainly accurate (at least in the close ballpark). When you log your distance and calories, you could always lower the calories a little if you think they are too high.

There is a C25K app that syncs to MFP I find that it records less exercise calories burned than logging direct to MFP. Runkeeeper also gives a higher calorie burn. I tend to sync with the C25K app
