I've lost and maintained 110 for 10 years (read my bio if interested.) I try very hard to follow Paleo and am able to stick to it most days with occasional foray's into a gluten-free food.

Met with my trainer today and ironically, the goal I set for myself on My Fitness Pal is exactly what he targeted as my goal weight! It feels good to have a number (or specific goal) to work toward. I've been back in the gym since January and getting up a head of steam with my work outs!

Now to just connect with some others in the MFP community!
