I know im a day early, but not really going to have time to do both tomorrow so here goes:

Switch Kicks: 52/60/72/78
Power Jacks: 57/61/66/70
Power Knees: 75/85/99/110 <---- (was so proud of breaking 100 on these)
Power Jumps: 35/40/50/62
Globe Jumps: 10/12/16/16
Suicide Jumps: 18/20/22/28
Push-Up Jacks: 25/26/29/32
Low-Plank Oblique: 30/35/39/39

Saw improvements still. Hope you guys have a great day and a great workout

    Just finished the Fit Test and taking a break before the Max Interval Circuit:

    Switch Kicks: 49/67/83/85
    Power Jacks: 18/34/43/49
    Power Knees: 40/48/60/70
    Power Jumps: 16/17/17/20
    Globe Jumps: 6/6/7/6
    have to work on these...
    Suicide Jumps: 10/12/11/15
    Push-Up Jacks: 0/0/6/12
    Low-Plank Oblique: 20/20/23/30


    These past two weeks have had ups and downs and I hadn't felt as good as month one but seeing these improvements... well I guess I really am doing something right. I was actually scared that I hadn't improved at all so this is a win.

    Well done guys you see a clear improvement! It does make you feel like you're actually accomplishing something!! Great :-)


    I didnt make it today and as its plyo tomorrow i dont think I'll make it then either :-S think I'm going to leave the fit test for Thursday on recovery day as I'm not up for getting up even earlier to do it. I wish they put the fit test in on the weekend as I usually have more time on a Saturday, Monday morning is not the best anyway as its the beginning of the working week and then they expect you to work out for an hour and a half as well :-S.. Nah! Lol it wasnt for me this morning I didnt have enough time.


    I'll post my results on thursday or earlier if i get round to it sooner - I am intrigued as to what the outcome may be!

    SK= 61/87/120/124
    PJ= 43/37/40/44
    PK= 80/81/81/82
    PJ= 42/24/35/40
    GJ= 9/8/10/11
    SJ= 13/13/16/15
    PUJ= 18/22/21/26
    LPO= 23/24/28/32

    I improved on everything except for suicide jumps so overall I'm really pleased! This does show that we're steadily getting better :-) great news!

    Keep up the good work everyone we've got this!!
