This week I upped my food to 1250 a day... and started light weights.. so there is no surprise that there is little weight loss..
but at least its not a gain.
I think I'll stay at 1250 for another week.. just to let my body get used to the extra food
One week to go and I've basically lost 10kg for the 12 weeks Not to mention all the CM that have gone....
got nothing to complain about here!!
Oh.. and I bought some trackie pants to wear to my PT appointments.. and I had to get size 14!
Oh.. and I bought some dumbbells so I can add some weight to my stepups and squats

What goals did you achieve this week?
Even though my weight loss is only around 1kg every 2 weeks I am really happy with that. This slow rate is sustainable for me. I am on holidays for 2 weeks now so intend to increase my exercise some over this period.
I have slowly increased my walk/run and its now more of a run/walk and am up to 4.4 km - very pleased with that.
How do you feel?
Stronger, fitter and more resilient.
Almost a shame to say goodbye to this challenge - I only do monthly weighs so I wont know exactly what I am at the end - but happy with the 5kg so far.0 -

What goals did you achieve this week? Consistency. I have had at least two gym sessions per week for the whole challenge, and almost every week has been three. I had a hiccup last weekend on my daughters birthday where I over ate for three days (not hugely) but it takes me the best part of a week to get back down to where I was before I can think about any further progress.
How do you feel?
I feel good. Weight loss has definitely slowed, but I'm still seeing small improvements in the mirror and with my measurements which is far more important. I still have a spare tyre but if I flex and get just the right lighting I can see the outline of my top four abs so that's nice
What are you going to improve on next week?
Honestly I don't think there's anything I want to improve on. I have my diet in check, good macros and intake. Exercise is on point too so consistency is the key thing for me now.
I know this is the last week of this challenge but I'll continue my cut until around June (another 8 weeks or so) and re-assess then. By that time I 'should' be down to around 71-72kg and ~12-13%bf.0 -

I'm going to keep going.. slowly upping my food intake.. till i reach 80kg.... then.. maybe keep going to 70kg if I can!!!

I've learnt I CAN loose weight and eat food!!!!!!!!!!!!

What goals did you achieve this week?
Finished challenge with good results. Pleased with myself. Might not have weighed in weekly but stayed focused on my goal and kept working on it.
Had several challenges along the way. Vehicle written off, 1 car, Big birthday - 50, lots of ups and downs but kepts with it and got a result.
My weight was very stagnant for quite some time, however I did move house 2 times in 6 months so lucky I was tracking my calories otherwise it might have crept up (guaranteed with my emotional state I would have blown out).
Finally with the assistance of this goal (& skim) I was able to re-focus and get the weight moving again.

Great. Not entirely at my goal weight or dress size yet, but much closer than I have been for a long time.
