    Hoot - First day of level 2 DONE! Admittedly, it was not as terrible as I expected. LOL. There really is a different between the hi/lo impact routines.
    I took the low impact route on this one. I can't imagine doing those planks with the side twist. Who knows maybe after day 10!!

    Hope you ladies are keeping to this. Great job to the ladies in it to win it!!

    Please invite your friends to join us in Level 2/restart. This weekend I biked 14 miles with my son and played basketball. Completed a big cardio weekend. Now back in it for 1 week of shredding.

    Food diary is still a bit off and needs improvement. (2 martinis today. I don't think that is on anyone's diet plan- oops! but it was FUN!) No regrets. HAHA
