I joined some time back and have been under so much strain. Then I just eat too much. I should have joined this group some time back. Well, I will keep up my food intake again so I do not lose my streak. Thank you

You may add me if you like. I also live in the country and there are definitely different stresses than living in town. My downfalls are the weekends when I am home.0
