Weigh-In's Anyone?

I weighed myself last Tuesday morning and wanted to stay on weekly weigh-ins during the Shred- I have lost 2.2 lbs!!! YAY! This is after months of nothing (and a couple gains) so I'm THRILLED! I'm also doing a 24 day challenge along with the 30DS so it's hard to tell what's working- probably the combo of daily exercise + clean eating. Anyway, just wanted to share
Anyone else noticing any differences/do a little dance on the scale?

Good for you! I have gained 2# so I wanted to throw my scale out the window. I'm thinking it was water weight from TOM, plus I've been eating way too much.
So yesterday I started back on strict calorie count and following The Doctor's Diet by Travis Stork. I am enjoying eating the healthy food. I also am implementing Meatless Monday, that was pretty easy, knowing it was only one day. I think I'm going to try to stick to that.0 -
I can't do weekly weigh-in's! They drive me up a wall so I commit to weighing in once a month...I know that alot of people don't like that but it keeps me from going crazy! LOL0

When I started I was at 159.. then I randomly weighed myself a few days later (bad idea.. I know!!) and I was 156... now for the past week or so I've been at 157/158 for a few days... planning to not step on the scale until level 2 is over.. if I can resist!0

I weighed in at the beginning and will do so at the end of the 30 days! If I weigh in more than once a month I drive my self bananas!0

I have gained about 4#s, but my muscles were really sore for the first few days and I'm thinking it was due to the shock and associated water retention. I'm hoping it is on its way down soon.0

I'm on day 7, I have lost 3 lbs.
I've been walking 30 min a day, plus 30 DS daily. I am thinking of trying the C25K instead of the walk since I have a lot of weight & inches to lose.0
