Liquid Stevia Extract in Bulk

In November, I was shopping at an Aldi in OKC when I stumbled across liquid stevia extract for $0.99. Considering myself well researched in the cost of stevia extract, I purchased the entire flat of them, which was 13 bottles.
I was hoping it would be a regular item, and that from here on out, I could buy stevia extract for $0.99 from the beautiful Aldi.
Alas, it was the last time I ever saw it on the shelves.
Now I'd like to replenish my stevia extract stash, and I know I'm going to be shelling out a lot more money.
Any advice where I can get a lot for a little?
