Hi,
I left MFP in September after a bad bout with diverticulitis that landed me in the hospital. It took a long time to get my eating figured out and I discarded my old profile, because I couldn't bear to see my progress slip away.
But I'm back in the pool now and up to about a half hour of laps, but only freestyle and breast stroke. I'm taking it easy.

You can do it. The biggest "trick" is not to overdo it. A half hour of laps is a really good start. Keep on pulling.0
