I've been low-carb for 3 months and now I'm finally comfortable with the idea of "Keto". Does anyone eat fruit and stay in Ketosis? I've gotten mixed reviews from various websites.

    I eat berries in limited quantities, i ate half a Banana on the days I run more than 2 hrs. It depends on your activity level and individual tolerance levels. Try in small quantities and see. If I eat grapes, I am kicked out even for small quantities, others do fine.

    I started on Low Carb and switched to keto. I don't eat any fruit. I know you can eat fruits and berries but i try to keep my carbs under 20g so fruit is out of the question along with tomatoes and all those other goodies. I know some people do eat them in very small quantities though. Good Luck!
