So today I am so on it!
I've already walked 6.5 miles!
I've had a shake for breakfast,2 pieces of fruit and am just having another shake now for my lunch.
This evening I'm having chicken,baked potato and lots of veg for my dinner.
I'm drinking loads of water too!
I'm doing shakes at the mo just to boost my weight loss!
How are the rest of you today? Xx0 -

I just joined MFP last month and am already a little addicted to signing in each day to see what’s up and “plan” my day. Now… if I could just get addicted to exercising (although I’m doing pretty well so far…. 18/24 days done!) Happy to chat with you all.0
