Hi - want to better myself

Hi - just joined the group. Wanted to give you my 21 day challenges. The first one I am currently in day 3 of and working towards day 4 - I just quit smoking.

Which leads me to my second one - meditation. I figure it can help when things get rough. It hasn't been too bad, but I've been avoiding my triggers of where I would chain smoke.

Also I am working out in the evening as well as the morning - just a small workout considering I am spending about 2 hours in the gym before work. But I don't want to be the couch potato anymore either.

This is just a start of the changes I want to make to become a healthier me. More to come.
