    Completed the two as well. Went better than the day before with Plyo but I still feel a bit out of it. Should be able to get back into the swing of things with Recovery tonight.

    my boyfriend commented on how my booty looks more toned than it did last month. That helps get me through some of never ending squat workouts :)
