    What happened to everybody today?

    Did you eat your breakfast? I did, but without the slice of bread because my new exercise program came with a low carb phase.

    What I think about when I hear that statement is that positive change can last, and it doesn't always take a lot of effort.

    What I think about when I read that is that we get in a rut and its easier to stay in a rut than do something else.
