*** Today's Tip: EXERCISE AND ANXIETY
Anxiety is often unrecognized or untreated among patients with a
chronic illness. Researchers at the University of Georgia found that
exercise can help to reduce anxiety symptoms among sedentary people
who have a chronic illness. For those experiencing anxiety for more
than one week, the greatest improvements were seen when individuals
exercised for at least 30 minutes per session for up to 12 weeks.
